It has been pretty much nothing but good news for “Star Wars” fans this past year. We have seen two trailers for the upcoming seventh installment of the franchise, an installment that we are happy to know does not contain Jar Jar Binks or those idiotic midi-chlorians that George Lucas somehow thought were good ideas for the prequels.
With the clock ticking down until the December release of the film, another teaser has been released via the “Star Wars” Instagram account. While it doesn’t give away anything new, it does show John Boyega’s character, Finn, wielding a blue lightsaber in a snowy forest showdown with Adam Driver’s Kylo Ren (who is definitely not a Sith, according to J.J. Abrams). The film also marks the return of Han Solo, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, R2D2 and C3PO.
The film will be release Dec. 18.
