Black Sabbath Announces Their Final Tour

Black Sabbath, the band that basically created heavy metal music as we know it, has announced — via a video that looks like it was made in the 1990s with MS Paint and a generic video editing system — that they are going on tour one last time. And not like last March, when they announced one last concert set for Ozzfest Japan, this time is different. It is a final tour.

Which no one can blame them for wanting to throw in the towel after 40-years of making albums, touring, fighting with one another, reunions and fighting with each other some more. But given how these farewell tours seem to go on and on like a doomed Sisyphus forever pushing a boulder uphill with no end in sight, who knows how long Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler will extend it (if they do) after the final announced show.
