Concluding our scary movie month last week with “Suspiria,” the JOE-DOWN goes into even more spooky territory in November with Nicolas Cage Month.

All month, Joe Froemming and myself are taking a look at a man whose eye-bulging and fluctuating voice volume are either loved or hated. Either way, it’s fascinating.

Following our inaugural podcast last year with “KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park,” we are beginning Nicolas Cage month with “Face/Off,” a movie in which Nic Cage tries to act like John Travolta, and John Travolta tries to act like Nic Cage.

Click on the image above to listen to Froemming and myself try to figure out this bizarre movie of child assassination, face wiping and over-the-top fights on tarmacs, hangars, oil rig prisons and boats.
